Welcome to The Raptor Center of Southeast Michigan (RCSM), formerly the River Raisin Raptor Center which was originally formed as a 501c3 nonprofit in 1998. Our dedicated team holds state and federally permits and is committed to the rehabilitation of sick, injured, or orphaned raptors with the ultimate goal of returning them to the wild in a healthy, fit condition.
What to Do If You Find an Injured Raptor
If you encounter an injured raptor, always consult a licensed wildlife rehabilitator before handling the bird. Call us immediately at 734-221-0176 and send a photo for identification and advice.
